- NO multiple-menu telephone options
- NO passing around of your call
- NO special number for "customer services"
- NO call centres in another part of the country (or world!)
* except where we are very busy or very short staffed in which case a telephone answering service will cut in.

- A direct line number to the person who fielded your initial call

- And just good old-fashioned customer service!!
