We do not issue a Confirmation of Order as a matter of course. Should you require written confirmation of your order please let us know and we will be happy to do so. We would normally send this to you by post but will fax and email should you request.

Our payment terms will have been put to you at the point of quotation, however upon order placement we will inform you of how we wish payment to be made.

By Telephone:

We will accept verbal orders to a maximum order value of £250 (incl. VAT). For orders over this amount we will require a written order in the form of a letter or official order document which must be sent via email, fax or post. We will not proceed with any order in excess of £250 until a written confirmation has been received.

Note: When placing an order we strongly recommend you make a note of the date you placed the order and the member of staff you spoke to.

By Fax:

We will accept written orders via fax. We will require the basic ordering information above to be supplied. Orders for £500 (incl. VAT) or less will be accepted without payment on order. For orders above £500 we will require a payment to be paid in line with our Payment Policy illustrated below.

By Post:

We will accept written orders via the post. We will require the basic ordering information above to be supplied. For orders above £500 (incl. VAT) we will require a payment to be made in line with our Payment Policy given below.

In Person:

You may of course visit our offices during normal working hours and we will be happy to take your order in person. Once again, it would be helpful if you could telephone prior to arrival to ensure a member of staff will be available to see you. We suggest you try to avoid lunch breaks (12:30pm-2:30pm) as the number of available sales staff is greatly reduced.
