This 80W flexible CIGS solar panel is manufactured in Sweden using thin-film CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) technology on an ultra-thin, flexible substrate, making it fully walkable and resistant to the microcracking that affects rigid crystalline panels. It's supplied with a strong self-adhesive backing for fast installation on bitumen and membrane roofs, curved surfaces, and other structures without drilling into the waterproofing layer or fitting mounting hardware. Bypass diodes fitted between every cell mean partial shading only affects the shaded cells rather than the whole panel, giving a real-world yield advantage over standard panels in shaded conditions. The panel carries a 10-year product warranty and a 25-year performance warranty, and is TÜV certified to European quality standards. Please note this is a low-voltage panel and requires a buck-boost charge controller to charge a 12V battery directly, or multiple panels wired in series for use with a standard MPPT controller.
