What fixing is this spat washer for?
It is most commonly used for fixing Hookbolts to Fibre Cement sheets to steel beams OR use with a springhead washer for fixing corrugated sheets to Timber Beams .
Do I need anything else?
If you are fixing hookbolts to steel beams, you will require an M8 Top Hat for this to work, if fixing springhead nails to timber beams, you will not require anything else.
